Main legal bases include Article 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c), and 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where applicable, consent under Article 6(1)(a).
5. Data recipients
We may share personal data with airlines, competent authorities, lawyers, law firms, payment providers, and technical service providers only when required for claim execution or legal compliance.

We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the claim and for periods required by applicable accounting, legal, and audit obligations.

The client may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
The client also has the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
